標會是一種台灣社會傳統的金融理財模式,而網路標會利用網路的特性將傳統的標會模式帶入現代生活當中,提供了一種新興的金融產品。本研究主要目的是希望透過文獻的佐證與專家的認同,探究出網路標會在營運上的成功關鍵。本研究以31份銀行界或參與網路標會建立的專家為樣本,透過AHP釐清欲成功經營網路標會需要達成哪些因素。結果顯示,資訊安全與銀行業者獲利為最重要的兩個構面。而在資訊安全構面中,民眾所關心的隱私權問題也是專家們認為是最需要被重視的因素,所以在經營網路標會時,資訊安全是最基本也最重要的因子;在銀行業者獲利性中,手續費被視為重主要的獲利來源,而訂定手續費的策略也成為業者的一大挑戰。
Bidmoney is a financial model in the traditional Taiwanese society, and the Internet Bidmoney makes use of the characteristics of the internet to bring the traditional Bidmoney model into the modern world, providing a new financial product. The main purpose of this study is to find out through the use the literature and experts’ opinion, the key to successful Internet Bidmoney operations. This research take 31 banking professional or experts who were involved in the establishment of InternetBidmoney as samples, to determine the factors needed in order to successfully management Internet Bidmoney through AHP. The result shows that information security and banking profits are the most important factors. Furthermore, in information security, privacy is a concern for people, which the experts also agree should be considered the most important factor, therefore during the operation of Internet Bidmoney, information security is the most basic and important factor. In regards to banking profits, service charge is the major profit source, and the strategy for setting up such service charge becomes a major challenge.
