本研究係有關於新型摺疊輪椅之機構設計,並且將收集之論文及專利公報加以整理分類與分析,依據所收集之文獻將摺疊輪椅以推進之方式、輪椅收摺機構類型及收摺方向加以分類與分析,之後再依據年代、地區來探討摺疊輪椅的發展趨勢,作為開發新型摺疊輪椅參考方向。之後利用機構合成方法,首先確立設計需求與設計限制並經過一般化、特殊化的過程,找出適合本研究所需要的摺疊輪椅之特殊化鏈轉換成特殊化鏈圖集,最後還原成機械裝置並進行尺寸合成,此外也利用Pro/Engineer Wildfire2.0中之Pro/Assembly模組的Mechanism指令模擬功能對所設計之摺疊輪椅進行運動模擬,確認有無干涉之情形,之後藉助電腦輔助分析軟體COSMOS DesignSTAR4.5來觀察此輪椅結構在使用時所產生之應力、應變、位移等,以作為後續實體生產參考,完成以上之步驟後,使新設計之摺疊輪椅同時具有收摺體積小、操作簡便、攜帶方便等特性,成為輪椅使用者廣泛使用之代步工具。
The main objective of this research is to design the mechanism of a new folding wheelchair, also collects and analyzes all kinds of folding wheelchair from journal papers and patent publications. The folding wheelchairs are classified according to their move forward, folding mechanism and folding direction. According to dates and areas, this paper points out the development tendency of the folding wheelchair that provides excellent references to design of future folding wheelchairs. This thesis adopts mechanism synthesize method, then first identify its designs requires with constrains, and through generalization and specialization process, find out the proper specialized kinematics chain and finally returns to a mechanical device with dimension synthesize. In addition, via Mechanism order of Pro/Assembly mould group of the Pro/Engineer Wildfire2.0 executes motion simulation of a folding wheelchair with identify whether interfere the situation. Then via auxiliary analysis software of the computer COSMOS DesignSTAR4.5 executes structure analysis that its stress、strain and placement are observed and also become to reference before produces the products. After above steps, the new design of a folding wheelchair has small volume, operation is simple, and it is convenient to carry characteristic at the same time, become to use extensive tools.
