The Combinations of Global Sourcing Strategy in the Motherboard Industry – A SD Perspective

摘要

隨著全球供應鏈管理的興起，運籌和採購管理議題備受重視。本研究針對主機板產業其在全球運籌下，採購策略議題作探討。首先釐清全球運籌管理下的四種全球採購策略，之後建立一個以營運總部為核心的全球採購運籌系統動態模型。文中探索企業在面對不同需求型態和種種供應鏈不確定性因素時，四種全球採購策略之策略組合選擇，評估基準為存貨水準和服務水準。研究結果指出，單採購策略、雙採購策略或多採購策略對整體供應鏈存貨水準和服務水準有顯著的影響。根據企業追求卓越的服務水準或是存貨水準表現，在不同的情境下，適合的策略組合有所不同。供應鏈中斷發生所引起的產能、成品運送時間及訂單資訊轉換時間的不確定情形，也影響整體存貨水準和服務水準的表現。

The competition of global supply chain makes enterprises pay much attention on the issues of global logistics management and global sourcing. The paper studies global sourcing strategy in motherboard insustry. At first, the paper distinguishes four types of global sourcing strategies, and then builds up a system dynamics model of global sourcing logistics. The paper also studies how different demand forms and the various instabilities caused by supply chain disruption affect the decision of global sourcing strategy with inventory and service level assessment. The study shows us that the decision of single sourcing strategy, dual sourcing strategy and multi-sourcing strategy makes the inventory and service level significant different. It means that the optimal combination of global sourcing strategy will change in different business scenarios.
