本研究旨在探討桃園縣國小高年級級任教師正向管教與班級經營效能之現況與兩者之間的關係。本研究採用問卷調查法,採分層隨機抽樣方式進行調查,以桃園縣375位國小高年級級任教師及750位高年級學生為研究調查對象,調查所得資料以描述性統計分析、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行統計分析。根據資料分析結果,獲致以下之結論: 一、桃園縣國小高年級級任教師正向管教的實施情形良好。 二、桃園縣國小高年級級任教師班級經營效能現況屬中上程度。 三、桃園縣國小高年級級任教師實施正向管教的程度會因年齡、服務年資等 背景變項的不同而有所差異。 四、桃園縣國小高年級級任教師其班級經營效能會因性別、年齡、服務年資、 學校規模、學校地區等背景變項的不同而有所差異。。 五、桃園縣國小高年級級任教師正向管教與班級經營效能具有顯著正相關。 綜合研究結果,對教育行政機關、國小教師及未來研究提供建議,分述如下: 一、對教育行政機關:應辦理教師情緒管理課程的研習,建置教師分享平臺, 以協助教師專業成長。 二、對國小教師:應妥善管理自我情緒,加強班級常規經營能力,並提供最 佳身教示範。 三、對未來研究:可以擴大研究範圍、方法及研究變項。
The purpose of this study is to understand the current situations of elementary school senior grades class tutors’ positive discipline and classroom management effectiveness and their relationship. Questionnaire investigation is used in this study, and stratified random sampling is adopted to carry out investigation. 375 elementary school senior grades mentor tutors and 750 senior graders from Taoyuan County are the study subjects. The obtained data after investigation is analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson product-moment correlation coefficient statistically. The research obtained conclusions as follows: 1. The implementation of elementary school senior grades class tutors’ positive discipline in Taoyuan County is good. 2. The current situation of elementary school senior grades class tutors’ classroom management effectiveness in Taoyuan County falls at upper immediate level. 3. Different background variables such as age and years of service would cause difference to the elementary school senior grades class tutors’ implementation on positive discipline in Taoyuan County. 4. Different background variables such as gender, age, years of service, school scope, and school area would cause difference to the elementary school senior grades class tutors’ classroom management effectiveness in Taoyuan County. 5. There is significantly positive correlation between positive discipline and classroom management effectiveness of elementary school senior grades class tutors in Taoyuan County. According to the above-mentioned result, suggestions were proposed for educational administrative organizations, elementary school teachers, and future study as follows: 1. Suggestion for educational administrative organizations: Research and study on emotion management course for teachers should be held and sharing platform for teachers should be established so as to assist the teachers to grow professionally. 2. Suggestion for elementary school teachers: They should manage self-emotion properly, strengthen classroom routine management ability, and show the best role model. 3. Suggestion for future study: Study scope, method, and study variables could be broadened.
