今時今日,我們正身處一個重視團隊精神、強力互動、不斷變遷的時代點,肩負著機會與挑戰。追求高績效、高品質的環境應蘊而成。本研究最主要的目的是要探討台南市政府所屬機關之直屬主管的領導型態及展現信任特質與部屬信任行為間,對組織績效提昇有無直接或間接關聯性。本研究在主管領導風格則採用轉換型領導與交易型領導型態。在信任關係上採用主管信任特質展現與部屬信任行為相呼應探究,而在組織績效探討構面上採用任務績效與脈絡績效為研究因素。 研究結果顯示,影響組織績效提昇的最主要因素為主管與部屬互信特質及行為;主管的領導風格雖可激勵部屬,但影響的程度則相對較小。在組織績效提昇中以具有「主管信任特質展現」與「部屬信任行為」對等存在高互信度時,對組織績效提昇展現,最為顯著;而在領導風格中,又以「轉換型」領導風格及展現信任特質時,對部屬的信任行為激勵效果較大。

The main purpose of this research is to probe into Tainan City government-owned subordinate leader attitude of executive and it’s also a belief in speciality with subordinate to a ministry to believe in behavior to represent to want, whether it is direct or indirect and related to promote the performance. This research is in charge of the leadership style and adopt transformation leadership transaction leadership type . The result of study shows, it is a mutual trust speciality to influence the main factor that the performance subordinate to a ministry promotes, Although the executive's leadership style can encourage being subordinate to a ministry,the effect is relatively small. In performance promoting the “executive’s belief believe speciality represent“ with reciprocity when having high mutual trust degree, promote representing to the performance, the most apparent; In the leadership style, and represent while believing in the speciality with the leadership style of ' the transforming type ', relatively great to the trust behavior movtivation subordinate to a ministry.
