建築物室內裝修審查之防火設計圖說疑義研究

因社會型態的日益複雜化，國內每年發生火災的機率也相對的提高，造成火災之原因與室內裝修使用易燃材料有很大的關係。政府相關單位因為對此問題的關切，實施「建築物室內裝修管理辦法」，由於這種機制在國內室內裝修的發展歷程中是首次施行，關於防火設計施工出現了諸如對審查作業、法規、施工圖說……等不熟悉的問題。
有鑑於此，我們實需掌握具爭議之室內裝修防火設計形式，以及釐析具爭議之設計形式其防火設計的審查內容，以解決疑義之處，進而提高室內空間防火效能以維護安全，此為本研究最主要之目的。
本研究蒐集的案例可歸納出幾個類別，分別為：（一）天花板裝修：天花板、窗簾盒（二）牆面裝修：牆面類、螢幕、白板類隔屏類（三）櫥櫃（四）其他。研究以法令、防火材料特性及防火設計與施工，等三個層面，分析這些具疑義的案例其室內裝修防火設計形式上的問題，研究結果以材料上和工法上的角度建議其改善方式，使其達到防火效能，以符合審查要求，並以此提升國內室內裝修之防火安全。

Abstract

The increasing utilization of spatial intensity has elevated serious problems of fire-safety in recent years. One of the main causes is the wide consumption of flammable decoration materials in interior spaces. In an effort to better control the problem, the government issued “Regulations for Examining Interior Construction in Buildings.” Yet the execution of such a mechanism also accompanied by numerous doubtful rules along the way. This calls for meticulous clarification, particularly in some construction details.
This study probes into the problems through analysis of interior design cases that contain dubious fire-safety design details, namely (1) ceiling finishes: ceiling, window curtain box, (2) wall finishes: wall, TV screen, white boards and screens, (3) cabinets, and (4) the remainder of a design project. Three steps are taken to clarify relevant doubts, i.e., to determine the codes of fire-safely to be abided by, to evaluate the propriety of fire-resistant capability in decoration materials, and to propose suitable design strategies.
