核心擴張策略與競爭策略配合對經營績效影響之研究—以兩岸汽車業為對象

摘要


論文摘要 本研究旨在探討核心擴張策略與競爭策略配合對經營績效之影響,以往研究僅針對臺灣的汽車產業相關因素進行研究,尚無兩岸間的實證發現或研究,本研究以產品擴張型及顧客擴張型來區別核心擴張策略類型,以低成本及差異化來劃分競爭策略類型,嘗試以此觀點來進行兩岸的汽車產業之實證研究。 經相關文獻探討,建構本研究之研究架構,探討核心擴張策略與競爭策略及其配合對經營績效之影響,並以兩岸為區域變數考量,以驗證對經營績效之影響程度。在實證研究方面,針對臺灣上市的二家汽車公司及中國大陸的二家汽車公司進行深入訪談實證研究,本研究結果發現: 1.在核心擴張策略類型上,以顧客擴張策略比產品擴張策略在經營績效上,有較佳的經營績效表現。 2.在競爭策略類型上,以差異化策略比低成本策略在經營績效上,有較佳的經營績效表現。 3.核心擴張策略類型與競爭策略類型的四種不同配合策略類型中,以顧客擴張差異化型經營績效較佳,產品擴張低成本型經營績效較差。 4.在兩岸地理區域因素的影響下,相同的競爭策略類型對經營績效的影響有差異。

Abstract The objective of this research is mainly to discuss Strategic fit of core expansion and competition with corporate performance. In the past, the research has only been carried out by aiming at the related elements of Taiwan’s vehicle industry, which does not include two strait discovery of evidence or research. This research has divided category of core expansion strategy product expansion style and consumer expansion style, which uses cost leadership strategy of and differentiation strategy style to differentiate competion strategy categories. Consequently, this viewpoint was attempted to proceed with the evident research for two strait vehicle industry. After the discussion about the related literature, in order to study Strategic fit of core expansion and competition with corporate performance, the framework of this research was established. Futher moer, the two strait regional variance was taken into consideration to verify the affecting level of the corporate performance. In the area of evident research, in depth interview evident research has been conducted on two vehicle companies of Taiwan market and two vehicle companies of China Hushen Stock. The results of this study are as followings: 1. Under the category of core expansion strategy, corporate performance on vehicle Industry adopt consumer expansion strategy is higher than adopt product expansion strategy. 2. Under the category of competition strategy, corporate performance on vehicle Industry adopt differentiation strategy is higher than adopt cost leadership strategy. 3.The four different type of strategy between core expansion strategy and competion strategy, there are the best corporate performance on consumer expansion differentiation strategy, and there are the worst corporate performance on product expansion cost leadership strategy. 4. Under the affect of the regional element geographically between two straits, there are differences in the affect for the same competion strategy categories on corporate performance.
