在全球資訊化、經濟、知識快速流通、變動的時代,電腦、手機、網路等科技發展,連帶對社會結構與生活型態造成巨大的影響。以往人力操作的工作事務逐漸由電腦取代,因此產生了新的工作型態與辦公行為,連帶使得辦公家具與辦公室空間產生新的需求。研究目的一、探討影響辦公室工作表現要素;二、研提中小型辦公室設計計劃。研究分四階段進行:第一階段透過文獻分析瞭解辦公室的發展史、辦公型態的演變;第二階段對設計業者與辦公室使用者進行訪談蒐集意見後提出影響辦公室工作表現的要素;第三階段進行不同屬性行業的辦公室案例實證分析;第四階段彙整訪談資料與案例實證分析提出辦公室設計規劃建議。研究結果對於辦公室環境不滿意可能影響工作情緒與工作表現之觀點提出辦公室設計計劃進行分就:空間格局、家具設備、氛圍營造,三個層面及十個影響辦公行為的設計要素提出建議,作為辦公室設計初學者參考依據。
In the age of globalization, information, money and knowledge flow rapidly from one place to another. Because of developments in computers, cellular phones, internet and other technologies, the society structures and the human life are significantly influenced. Human labors are gradually replaced by automated machines resulting in new job types and works in the office. There is thus a demand for new office furniture and space. There are two aims in this investigation. Firstly, this research aims to investigate factors affecting performance in the office. Secondly, design of mid-to-small office will be proposed. This research will be conducted in four phases. The first phase discusses the history and evolution of offices based on past research literatures. In phase two, the designers and users of the office will be interviewed and their opinions will be collected for deriving factors affecting work performance in the office. In the third phase, existing offices for different industries will be studied and analyzed. The final phase summarizes the interview information and analysis of case studies and thereby proposing designs, planning and recommendation for offices. Results of this investigation have shown that being unsatisfied with the work environment can possibly lead to negative emotion at work as well as poor performance and thus appropriate office design is proposed with regard to space allocation, office furniture, and creation of atmosphere. 10 factors affecting work performance in the office that should also be considered for the design will also be discussed. These will serve as references for beginners in office interior design.
