學習導向、市場導向、組織創新與組織績效關係之研究-以台灣中小企業為例

A Study of the Effects of Learning Orientation, Market Orientation, and Organizational Innovation on Organizational Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises in Taiwan

摘要


當面對資訊時代的來臨、全球化競爭的趨勢、數位化科技的發展、及高財務槓桿的操作,現今企業所面臨的競爭狀態較以往更形複雜。所以企業為求生存及不斷發展,必須在經營與管理上不斷擬定策略,以建立競爭優勢。而組織學習的成效對於企業競爭力的提昇具有關鍵性的影響。企業擁有學習導向行為程度的提升,是否可以促進市場導向、組織創新與組織績效更高程度的表現,是本研究探討的主要目的。本研究以台灣中小企業作為實證研究的對象,有效分析樣本廠商共184 家;分別以相關分析、信度與效度分析、多元迴歸分析等方法來進行實證,並驗證本研究所提之各項假設。 研究的結果發現:(1)學習導向對情報回應有直接正向的影響效果。(2)學習導向對組織創新有直接正向的影響。(3)組織創新對組織績效產生正向的影響效果。所以企業應重視發展組織學習的承諾與企業本身清楚明確的願景,鼓勵員工有創意的思考與創新的作為,更要接納各種不同的聲音,使組織創新程度更具效率與效果,開發出新的產品或服務,改善作業流程或製程技術,以及創新的管理策略,進而促使組織經營績效之提升。因此,企業強調為顧客創造價值及追求競爭優勢的今日,學習導向所具有的策略性意義確實是不容業界所忽視。

Enterprise must continuously make strategy in the management for setting up competition strength in order to survive and continuous development. Owing to it is more sophisticated than before for current enterprise to face competition status as information technology coming, globalization competition trend, digital technology development as well as high efficiency financial control. The effects of organizational learning hold the key of enhancing the competitive capacity of enterprise. The purpose of this research is to discuss the correlation the market orientation, organizational innovation, performance and the organization’s capability on learning orientation. The study focuses on 184 individual companies in Small and Medium Enterprises in Taiwan and makes an integration and empirical examination by using different statistic methods such as relative analysis, reliability and performance analysis, multiple regression analysis to understand the real situation of each company and to test all the hypothesises. The research shows three important results. First, the market orientation strategy has a positive influence on the responsiveness. Second, the learning orientation strategy has a positive influence on the organization innovation. Third, the learning orientation has a positive influence on the organizational performance. Therefore, the organization should commit to the development of learning orientation strategy and create a clear vision. A successful corporation should encourage innovative ideas and activities, with an open mind for different opinions which makes the organizational innovation process more efficient and effective. The improvement of the organizational performance can be achieved by developing new products or services, improving the production procedure and encourage innovative management strategies. In conclusion, the organization emphasizes on creating value for customers and pursuing competitive advantages in the market, pursuing strategic meaning of learning orientation plays a very important role in the future market.
