電阻智慧自動化量測系統設計開發及量測系統分析

摘要


現今所有工業製造商,機械自動化已大量取代人力操作,除了節省人工成本和安全之外,因為它可以精準控制每個參數和動作,能更快速製作出相同規格、品質的產品。而要如何精準控制機械動作是每個機電整合廠商的最基本要求,但開發一台良好的自動化量測系統中,除了有效率執行每個動作之外,所進行的電性量測及讀值紀錄,也必須達到一定的量測精度。本研究將進行電阻自動量測系統開發設計,再以MSA 量測系統分析(Measurement System Analysis)方法,收集量測數據加以分析,以確保所開發系統的相關穩定度。 本研究以電阻為被測試元件,全文先就電阻和特性作介紹, 以及如何精準量測電阻阻值。二則開發電阻自動化系統架構、設計、組裝機台、並進行實際量測及數據收集。最後運用IATF16949中的核心工具建構量測品質,參考量測系統分析MSA相關技術手冊規範,驗證所開發系統的重複性與再現性,改善機台的量測能力和提升品質,確保符合工廠量測系統要求。

Recently,mechanical automation has been widely replaced a large number of manual operations for all manufacturers. In addition to saving labor costs and safety, automation is able to precisely control each parameter as well as action, and can produce products with the same specifications and quality. To accurately control mechanical actions is the most basic requirement for all electromechanical integrator. Developing a qualified automatic measurement system requires each mechanical action should be efficiently carried out and the electrical measurements with reading records must be also reached a certain level. A resistance intelligent automatic measuring system has been designed and developed in this research. Measurement System Analysis (MSA) method is applied to collect and analyze the measured data to ensure the relative stability of the system. The test vehicle in this research is the resistor. In the first, characteristics of resistance and the process to measure the value of resistor have been fully introduced. Secondary, the structure of the resistance automatic measurement system has been carefully developed, the equipment has been physically assembled, and measured data has been thoroughly collected. Lastly, the core tools in IATF16949 have been applied to construct the measurement quality, and technical manual specifications in the measurement system analysis (MSA) is referred to verify the linearity, repeatability and reproducibility of the developed system. The measurement capability of the assembled equipment has been improved to ensure the system quality complies with requirements of the manufacturer's measurement system.
