Exploring The Cross-Cultural Setting of Immigration through Vietnamese Snack Bars

As the number of Vietnamese brides increase, Vietnamese snack bars have also gradually become quite a familiar sight on the streets in Taiwan. However, by studying thoroughly its cause of formation, these two high phenomena of Vietnamese brides is but the one and only in all cross cultural marriages in Taiwan. Discover the difference and blends of foreign cultures from the snack bars of immigration culture. What actually are the factors that make Vietnamese snack bars the main option for Vietnamese brides?
Research contents:
1) Decoration: reception, kitchen room, wall, floor and ceiling…, religion: Guan Gong, Ma-zu. …
2) Service: taste, ingredients, recipe, service: waiters, service method.
3) Equipment: kitchenware, recycling bins, tableware, tables and chairs, karaoke machine...
In addition, what are the similarities and differences between Vietnamese snack bars in Taiwan and those in Vietnam? Moreover, what are elements that bring about changes of these similarities and differences?
Although Vietnamese brides have integrated Vietnamese cuisine into Taiwan's food culture in a micro-enterprise way, they have not fully utilized the advantages of a foreign culture. According to selected field surveys, this study finds the regional characteristics of the Vietnamese, which is further transformed into a light decorative design element, having the Vietnamese brides act as a reference for designing new Vietnamese snack bars.
