本研究旨在探討選手知覺與偏好領導行為一致性對教練選手關係及領導效能之影響。方法:以2019年大專校院羽球一般組選手為研究對象,以立意抽樣方式發放90份問卷,有效為86份,有效回收率達95.5%。資料處理方法:描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、相關分析及多元迴歸等方法進行假設驗證。結果:性別在民主行為、教練選手關係及領導效能具有顯著的影響;大專校院的教練大多採取民主領導行為;教練民主行為正向影響教練選手關係及領導效能;選手知覺與偏好領導行為一致性對領導效能具有顯著的預測力。研究結果發現,偏好民主的選手在感受到不同強度的專制行為,對滿意度有顯著差異影響。最後根據研究結果與提出相關建議。
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore the impact of perceived and preferred leadership behavior consistency on coach-player relationships and leadership effectiveness.Mathod: We Take the general badminton players in colleges and universities in 2019 as the research object, A total of 90 questionnaires were distributed, 86 of which were valid, and the effective recovery rate reached 95.5%. Data analysis: We take descriptive statistics、independent-sample t test、correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results: Gender has a significant impact on democratic behavior, coach-player relationships, and leadership effectiveness; Most of the coaches in colleges and universities adopt democratic leadership behaviors; democratic behaviors positively affect coach-player relationships and leadership effectiveness; the consistency of perception and preference leadership behaviors can predict leadership effectiveness. The results of the study also found that players who preferred democracy felt different levels of autocratic behavior and had significant differences in satisfaction.
