摘要

本文針對紙、塑料、接?劑之包裝複合加工品，屬於第二類保護基本包裝國家標準CNS4059－Z5053，除了保護作用外，也具美觀、促銷之意義，為考量減少環境污染與公害，以回收和再生為前提。本文針對產品外包裝作業過程中之紙類、油墨、上光、接?、塑料等相互關係，以環保為前提在使用後即丟棄之產品外包裝，從生產製造業、印刷業、加工業、消費使用者，對此類外包裝複合材料加工品必須有所認識與了解。包裝加工品於使用後之廢棄物之處理，一般紙類回收和再生主要以水處理或自然腐化，因其紙漿組成為纖維素。但對於其它多種複合加工材料如塑料、接?劑，其性質穩定性、腐化性、破壞性、永久性等，在生產、製造、印刷、加工、回收、再生的作業過程中，對生態環境產生不可預估之影響和汙染。有鑑於此，複合包裝材料適性應用將分紙材、塑材、接?劑敘述分析，提供相關業者參考且相互配合。

The composite packaging products of paper, plastic and adhesive belong to Category II Basic Protection Packaging National Standard of CNS4059-Z5053. In addition to the protective function, such packaging products should have beautiful appearance and promotional significance. For considerations of reducing environmental pollution and public hazards, the development of such products should be based on reuse and recycling as premises. This study discussed the mutual relationships in between paper, printing ink, coating and plastic. Regarding the disposable product external packaging on the premise of environmental protection, the manufacturing industry, the printing industry, the processing industry and consumers should understand and learn about processed products of such packaging composite materials.Regarding the waste treatment of packaging products after use, paper materials are usually treated by water or natural erosion as the paper pulp composition is fiber. However, other various composite processing materials, such as plastic and adhesive, will have unpredictable impact and pollution on the ecological environment during the manufacturing, production, printing, processing, recycling operational process thanks to its property stability, errosiveness, destructiveness and durability.For this reason, the suitable application of composite packaging materials will be discussed in categories of paper, plastic materials and adhesives to provide a reference to relevant industries.
