本研究以本校學生進行『台北護理學院輔導需求調查問卷』調查,欲了解同學期待學生輔導中心未來提供哪些輔導項目,以符合其需求。實際發出問卷2312份,回收1950份,回收率95%。研究發現,本校學生的輔導需求以『生涯規劃』、『情緒管理』、『自我探索』、『人際溝通』四部份的平均需求均高達3.50以上。文中並依照不同系別、年級、年級、部別,進行需求排行及差異性比較,最後針對輔導中心及學校教育提供建議,以期學校在規劃未來輔導工作時,能針對學生需求提供服務,使輔導功能充份發揮,達到更佳的服成效。
The study attempted to understand what counseling services the college students would like the counseling center to offer. A self-report questionnaire was designed to survey the needs. 2312 pieces of questionnaire were distributed to all students of National Taipei College of Nursing. The receiving rate was 95%. 1950 pieces of questionnaire were effective. The result of the study illustrated that the career counseling service from the center was regarded as the first priority and that the helps with emotion management, self exploring, human relationship were regarded as the secondary needs. The effective data was analyzed according to student' different grades and different majors. A significant finding was that the counseling services the college students would like to get from the center were in accordance with their different grades and majors. The finding will help the center provide better services for the students in the future.
