Learning attitude significantly influence the learning satisfaction. It is important to explore their relationship because it related to the innovation and development of an industry and the accumulation of the organizational intelligence. This study uses 401 employees of an industry as respondents and develops different dimensional scales of a questionnaire for measuring respondents' learning attitude and learning satisfaction. The statistical tools employed are descriptive analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. This research finds that respondents' learning attitude is significantly correlated with their learning satisfaction. Respondents' learning attitude significantly influences their learning satisfaction; moreover their learning attitude is changeable. Therefore, the industry can guide their employees toward more aggressive learning attitude and improve their learning satisfaction and learning performance by more positive policy and support.
