本研究旨在探討桃園縣國民小學教師情緒智力與人際關係之現況、不同背景變項的桃園縣國小教師其情緒智力與人際關係的差異情形,以及了解桃園縣國小教師情緒智力與人際關係之關聯性。本研究採問卷調查法,調查的對象為桃園縣現職的國民小學教師,共發出480份問卷,問卷有效率為88.13%,有效樣本數為423位教師。以「國小教師情緒智力量表」、「人際關係問卷」為研究工具。問卷回收後分別以描述統計、單因子變異數分析、皮爾遜積差相關、典型相關以及多元迴歸進行資料分析。歸納本研究結果如下: 一、桃園縣國小教師情緒智力及人際關係均屬中上程度。 二、不同性別、年齡、教學年資、職務、學校地區的桃園縣國小教師其情緒智力有顯著差異。 三、不同性別、教學年資、職務的桃園縣國小教師其人際關係有顯著差異。 四、桃園縣國小教師情緒智力與人際關係有顯著關聯性。 五、桃園縣國小教師情緒智力對人際關係有顯著預測力。 最後依據本研究結論,提供相關具體建議,以提供教師、教育行政單位及未來研究之參考。
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship of teachers’ emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship of elementary schools in Taoyuan county. The questionnaires were constructed into two subscales: teachers’ emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship. The questionnaires were administered to four hundred and eighty teachers from Taiyuan county and the return rate was 88.13% and 423 elementary school teachers participated the study. The major findings are as the following: 1. There were middle to high level degree of emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship. 2. There were significant differences in emotional intelligence in terms of the teachers’ demographic variables such as gender, age, serving years, positions, school’s area. 3. There were significant differences in interpersonal relationship in terms of the teachers’ demographic variables such as gender, serving years, positions. 4. There were positive correlations between teachers’ emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship. 5. The teachers’ emotional intelligence could significantly predict the interpersonal relationship.
