本研究旨在探討國中生希望感、自我效能與生活適應之現況,分析不同背景變項之差異、相關情形,並瞭解希望感、自我效能是否能有效預測其生活適應。本研究採取問卷調查法,以桃園市公立國民中學的學生作為本研究母群體,分層隨機抽取415位學生為研究樣本,以「國中生希望感、自我效能與生活適應問卷」為研究工具實施調查。以描述性統計、t考驗、單因子變異數分析、積差相關以及多元逐步回歸進行資料分析。本研究結果歸納如下: 一、國中生希望感、自我效能與生活適應現況均有中上程度。 二、不同性別的國中生,其希望感、自我效能達顯著差異。 三、不同年級的國中生,其希望感、自我效能與生活適應達顯著差異。 四、不同家庭結構的國中生,其自我效能達顯著差異。 五、希望感與自我效能呈顯著正相關;希望感與生活適應呈顯著正相關; 自我效能與生活適應呈顯著正相關。 六、國中生之希望感與自我效能對生活適應具有顯著預測力,可解釋其50%的變異量。
The research was conducted to assess the relationship among hope, self-efficacy and life adjustment of junior high students, and to investigate whether hope and self-efficacy could predict students’ life adjustment. This study used questionnaire survey method. There were 500 students were sampled from public junior high schools in Taoyuan city. The valid return rate was 83% and 415 students participated in the study. Data analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, multiple regression. The results are as follows: 1. The current state of participants’ hope, self-efficacy, and life adjustment was above average. 2. There were significant differences between male and female students in terms of their perception of hope and self-efficacy . 3. There were significant differences between 7th and 9th grade students in terms of their perception of hope, self-efficacy and life adjustment. 4. There were significant differences among students with different family structures in terms of their perception of self-efficacy. 5. There were significant correlations among students’ hope, self-efficacy and life adjustment. 6. The students’ hope and self-efficacy could predict significantly on their life adjustment.
