研究目的:本研究旨在探討少年棒球選手透過不同負荷位置的揮棒熱身訓練活化後增益現象 (Post Activation Potentiation, PAP) 對隨後揮棒速度的影響。研究方法:受試者以17位少年棒球選手,受試者分別接受四種不同實驗處理,包括揮棒訓練、手腕加重負荷揮棒訓練及加重環負荷揮棒訓練以及不揮棒的控制組。研究採重複量數、平衡次序實驗設計。每位受試者先進行揮棒速度測驗,再分別從事揮棒訓練、手腕加重負荷揮棒訓練、加重環負荷揮棒訓練及不揮棒休息,最後立即再進行揮棒速度測驗。所得資料以重複量數單因子變異數分析進行揮棒速度變化量的統計分析,顯著水準α值訂為 .05。結果:在沒有揮棒熱身訓練的條件下,揮棒速度以第二次揮棒速度最快;以球棒、加重環負荷揮棒熱身訓練後,反而會降低隨後揮棒的速度。四種訓練在揮棒速度的變化上無顯著差異,且四組間亦無顯著差異。結論:建議少年棒球選手上場前熱身只進行一次最大努力揮棒後休息,且不建議使用加重環進行揮棒熱身訓練。 關鍵詞:超負荷、打擊、揮棒速度
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the post-training activation teenage baseball players gain phenomenon (Post Activation Potentiation, PAP) impact on the subsequent warm-up swing speed swing through different load position. Methods: Subjects in 17 teenage baseball players, subjects were treated with four different experimental treatments, including swing training, wrist heavier load swing training and increase the load swing training ring and control group. Taken repeated measures study, experimental design balanced order. Each subject performed the first test swing speed, swing and then were engaged in training, wrist heavier load swing training, increased load ring swing swing training and break, and finally then immediately swing speed test. Information obtained in repeated measures ANOVA analysis for statistical analysis swing speed variation, the significant level of α value is set at .05. Results: In the absence of swing warm-up training conditions, swing speed to the fastest second swing; to bat heavier load swing ring after warm-up training, but will reduce the subsequent swing speed. Four training no significant difference in the change in swing speed, and no significant differences among the four groups. Conclusion: It is recommended youth baseball players warm up before playing only once the largest swing after trying to rest, and do not recommend the use of heavier ring swing warm-up training.
