本研究旨在瞭解臺北地區高職學生情緒智力與同儕人際關係之表現,比較不同背景變項臺北地區高職學生情緒智力與同儕人際關係之差異情形,並探討臺北地區情緒智力與同儕人際關係之相關情形。為達研究目的,先以文獻探討方式彙整相關研究,續以分層比例抽樣方式針對臺北地區高職日間部學生進行抽樣調查,並分工業類科、商業類科、家事類科等三類之公立、私立學校抽取14所學校,共計發放1,100份問卷,經剔除無效問卷後,有效問卷共計1,013份,有效回收率為92.09%。經資料處理分析後,獲致結論如下。 壹、臺北地區高職學生之情緒智力表現尚可,以「情緒表達」較佳、「情緒調整」較弱。 貳、臺北地區高職學生之情緒智力以男性、工業類科、公立高職學生之表現較佳。 参、臺北地區高職學生之同儕人際關係表現尚可,以「同儕互動」較佳、「友誼影響」較弱。 肆、臺北地區高職學生之同儕人際關係以公立高職學生之表現較佳。 伍、臺北地區高職學生之情緒智力表現與同儕人際關係具中度正相關。 最後,依據研究結果對教師、臺北地區高職學生個人、教育相關單位與後續研究提出建議,以作為參考。
This study was aimed to investigate the relationship between emotional intelligence and peer interpersonal relationship of the vocational senior high school students in Taipei Metro area. To achieve the purpose of this studied, relevant literature in the field was first reviewed. Subsequently, a survey was conducted among the students in 14 public and private vocational senior high schools by stratified sampling. The students were classified into three groups, namely industry, business, and home economics according to their major. A total of 1,100 copies of the questionnaire were distributed, and 1,013 valid copies retrieved with a recovery rate of 92.09%. After the data were analyzed, and the differences of background variables were compared, the results were listed as follows: 1. The vocational senior high school students in Taipei Metro area had acceptable emotional intelligence, with emotional express as the better, but emotional adjust as the worse. 2. Male students who attend public vocational senior high school with industry major had higher emotional intelligence than other students in Taipei Metro area. 3. The vocational senior high school students in Taipei Metro area had acceptable peer interpersonal relationship, with peer interaction as the better, while friendship influence as the worse. 4. The public vocational senior high school students had better peer interpersonal relationship than other students in Taipei Metro area. 5. It shows a positive moderate correlation between emotional intelligence and peer interpersonal relationship of the vocational senior high school students. Base on the results of this study, suggestions for teachers and students of vocational senior high school in Taipei Metro area, the educational administration, and future studies were proposed.
