This research constructs a lean production model, according D2MAIC improvement logic, this model consists of four phase: Current situation grasp, Value stream analyze, Continuous flow and Results confirm, then provides an improve rule to the industries that are based on the traditional production model of “Non-Flow Batch-and-Queue.” This research describes step by step and case study in a paper card production process. After the application, working space has been reduced 8.79%, manpower has been reduced 30.61% and unit per people per day has been increased 56.31%. It has successfully proved that lean production model is feasibility and effectiveness.
