摘要

全球暖化與氣候變遷一直為近年來國際間最具關注性的議題之一，這個困難若是缺乏妥善的解決方案，將會威脅到人類未來的發展。在台灣，由於公民意識的抬頭下，不論是政府或是企業在於環境保護方面都展現不遺餘力的努力，更有許多台灣的企業亦把節能減碳、環境保育納入企業責任履行的目標之一。但企業在施行企業社會責任的原始動機，才是左右企業未來發展方向的重要關鍵，所以本研究利用台達電子文教機基金會為個案，探究其企業社會責任應用在環境教育上的例子，來了解其是否具永續發展的理念。
本研究基於企業行使企業社會責任的動機為出發點，了解在企業在推行環境教育上所扮演的角色，並從其中探究個案與國外或台灣其他基金會在環境教育上的不同之處，並利用修正後的CSR環境教育平衡計分卡分析架構的四個構面分析模式，來探討基金會在從事環境教育上的發展策略與方向。

Global warming and climate change has been one of the most important topics in recent years. The development of human being could be a threat, if there is no suitable solution for this issue. In Taiwan, the government or company work hard on the environmental protection due to the rise of Citizen Consciousness. There are much more companies take the topics like Carbon reduction and Environmental conservation as the target to fulfill the corporate social responsibility. But the original motivation of the corporate social responsibility is the key of its development in the future. In this study, it uses Delta Electronics Foundation as the cases, to study of CSR on environmental education program in the NGO, to understand it has the concept of sustainable development.
This study is based on the motivation of the exercise of corporate social responsibility, to realize the role which played in environmental education, and compares with the differences between other countries and other foundations in environmental education.
It also uses the BSC four dimensions analysis model to analysis the development strategy and directions of the foundation on environmental education.
