具線上厚度量測之雷射量測系統開發設計

摘要


本文利用高精度雷射測距儀和移動平台,自行建構一套具線上功能厚度檢驗系統,並以輪胎橡膠皮為線上檢測對象。進而檢驗出標準差及製程能力指數,並評估量測了解能力。本系統為即時量測系統,能將所獲得的數值整理與標準值比對並顯示,讓現場人員能做出調整,精確的修改誤差提高產品品質。 因為雷射的方向、相位、波長一致,有高度凝聚性,不容易擴散,所以選擇雷射為量測工具。本系統高度重複性誤差為0.0081mm,滑軌水平度量測重複性誤差為0.0145mm,與三次元量床重複量測誤差為0.0252mm。

This pepper, using high-precision laser detection and mobile platform, construction a set of online features thickness inspection system for online detection of objects, and tire rubber skin. And then test the standard deviation and process capability indices, and to assess the measurement to understand the capacity. The system for real-time measurement system, and the finishing of the values obtained with the standard value can and show-site personnel to make adjustments, precise edits error to improve product quality. Because the direction of the laser phase, the same wavelength, a high degree of cohesion is not easy to spread, so we choose the laser detection system. This system is a high degree of repeatability error is 0.0081mm, slide level metrics to measure the repeatability error is 0.0145mm, with the repeated measures of Coordinate Measuring Machine measurement error is 0.028mm.
