The research and historical documents on the studies of building King Ship in Ying Wang Ritual we found nowadays are mainly focused on the origin of the King Ship, rundown of the ritual itself, formation and colored drawings of the King Ship. Relevant records on building King Ship mostly concentrated on the procedure of ship-building, while discussions on details in building process, methodology, structure, executing committee and management of the King Ship building are scarcely to be found. Consequently, this study aims to adopt project management perceptions to review the combination of the five ingredients- Initialing, Planning, Executing, Controling and Closing. The nine management items, including Integration, Scope, Time, Cost, Quality, Human Resource, Communication, Risk and Procurement, are also applied to analyze the management activities, rundown and details of King Ship building, providing the post-researchers with sound information about the procedure, methodology, organizing committee of the King Ship building. Within the strategies mentioned above, the core spirit of King Ship building would be conductively inherited, educated, propagated and applied.
