由於台灣整體產業經濟環境發展停滯不前以及土地資源日漸減少,建築師開業人數未減反增,整體執業環境日漸惡化,建築師事務所面對這個大環境的改變,如何找出一條適合自己長久經營發展的方向,儼然成為一個重要的課題。目前建築師事務所逐漸呈現兩極化發展現象,大者恆大,小者則維持在5人以下。因此如何在有限的人力下做最有利的資源管理,是本研究主要探討的課題。 本研究之目的在研擬「小型建築師事務所經營管理之評估因子」,以評估小型建築師事務所之競爭能力,並建構完整經營績效架構為主要目的,透過文獻回顧整理及經營管理評估因子的探討及應用,以建立小型建築師事務所的經營管理績效。 本研究藉由專業型服務業(例如會計師、律師事務所)及小型企業之經營管理及策略等方面之文獻進行蒐集及研讀探討,並加上專家訪談作為初擬評估因子的依據。再將初擬的評估因子利用模糊德爾菲法(Fuzzy Delphi Method,FDM)作篩選,初次篩選後之評估因子若數量太多,利用第二次模糊德爾菲再進行篩選,篩選後之評估因子控制在18項以內;接著再將篩選後之評估因子利用層級分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,AHP)做一致性檢定,去除無效問卷,若有效問卷數量不足,重新請專家將問卷不合理部分修正,再做一致性檢定,最後將有效問卷經Expert choice 11程式整合計算量化數據,建構量化之「小型建築師事務所有效率之經營方式」,提供一個完整且具有量化分析的評估因子架構模式。並藉由量化的評估體系,作為小型事務所經營管理之參考。
As economical circumstance keeps falling in Taiwan, but the number of architect firms are still rising. Facing such a drastic change, all architect firms have to find out the suitable way for their future development. The number of employee in architect firms are from five to hundred. Therefore, how to manage the company’s resources efficiently becomes a major issue on business operation in the architectural practice. The research is to set the evaluation factors on business performance for evaluating practice efficiency of architect firms. Further, a business management model is expected to be established. In this research, the author reviewed the literature materials from the management theories on the small companies and firms of professional practice as lawyer and accountant to strategy analysis. Meanwhile professional questionnaire are followed. Then, the evaluation factors on business performance are established. To sort and select the factors, the author use Fuzzy Delphi Method(FDM)to set under the number of 18. Meanwhile, the author uses Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to eliminate the inefficient questionnaires. If the questionnaires are not enough, professional experts have to modify the unreasonable parts and offer consistency ratio testing for those items. These quantified evaluation factors are suitable for the architect firms as reference to evaluate the efficiency of their practice .
