本研究旨在探討國中生運動性社團參與動機、人際關係與學習成效之關係,並探討不同背景變項之國中生運動性社團參與動機、人際關係與學習成效之差異情形。本研究採問卷調查法為資料蒐集之工具,以臺中市海線地區18所國民中學有參與運動性社團學生為研究母群,依臺中市海線地區8個行政區為主要抽樣原則,每一行政區抽取一所學校,採比例隨機取樣,共發放問卷450份,回收有效問卷412份,有效回收率91.56%。所得資料經描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關檢定與多元逐步迴歸分析進行資料分析,結果如下:國中生參與運動性社團情形,以男性、一年級學生、參與球類性社團、父母支持參與、參與社團時間一學期及每週有額外運動者居多數;國中生運動性社團參與動機因素構面以「健康適能」為最高,人際關係因素構面以「情緒支持」為最高,社團學習成效因素構面以「技能成效」為最高;國中生個人背景變項對運動性社團參與動機、人際關係、學習成效有顯著影響,參與動機與人際關係有顯著相關;國中生運動性社團參與動機之「健康適能」、「自我成就」及「社會需求」可有效預測學習成效;人際關係之「情緒支持」與「溝通接納」可有效預測學習成效。最後根據研究結果,提出實務之策略及建議。
The purpose of this study was to investigate student’s participating motivations, interpersonal relationship and learning achievement of junior high school students in sport clubs, to discuss the differences among participating motivations, interpersonal relationship and learning achievement base on personal background. This research used questionnaire to investigate. In this study primary junior high school students who participate in sport clubs. The subjects selected from each administrative districts from 18 schools in the coastal area of Taichung. Using proportional random sampling. We took 450 questionnaires were issued, remove the invalid questionnaires 38, and a total of 412 valid questionnaires were obtained, so that, 91.65% efficiency. We analysed and verified these examples with descriptires statistics, t-text, one-way ANOVA, person correlation Analysis, stepwis regression analysis statistic methods and conclude the main research conclusions as following: Among junior high school students taking part in the sports clubs, more were male and the 1st grade students, The most played were ball sports, Most of them are parents supported students who participate in sport clubs, In terms of time for participation, the semester students spent most, Most of them were extra sports time. The highest level of participating motivated scale is “Health fitness”. The highest level of interpersonal relationship scale is “emotional support”. The highest level of learning achievement is “skill achievement”.The demographic statistics resulted significant difference with participating motivations, interpersonal relationship and learning achievement. There were significant correlations between participating motivated and interpersonal relationship. The learning achievement can be predicted through the “Health fitness”, the “self-efficacy” and the “social needs” within the category of the participating motivated. The learning achievement can be predicted through the“emotional support” and the “communication and acceptance ” within the category of the interpersonal relationship.
