足球教練家長式領導行為與團隊凝聚力之研究

摘要


本研究旨在探討足球教練家長式領導行為與團隊凝聚力之研究。進行問卷調查。再以描述統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Scheffè 事後比較檢定、Pearson 積差相關分析,顯示本研究結果主要有五項,第一:臺灣大專足球選手特性大多以男性、參與大專足球聯賽公開男子組一級最多、年約19 歲、大學二年級學生、球齡在6 年以上、中鋒居多、訓練量以每週5 天、每日2–3 小時居多、並以先發身份上場者居多,而跟隨教練以1 年居多,最佳成績以大專聯賽「4 – 8 名」居多。第二:大專校院足球選手對於足球教練家長式領導行為存有差異;第三:大專校院足球選手對於團隊凝聚力存有差異並顯示選手有良好的團隊凝聚力。第四:家長式領導與團隊凝聚力之間具有顯著相關性存在

This purpose of this research was focused on football coach paternalistic leadership and team cohesiveness. We analyzed the data with Descriptive statistics, Independent-sample T test, One-way ANOVA, Scheffè posterior comparison method and Pearson product-moment correlation. Therefore, the results of this report were as following. First of all, a majority of football players of higher education in Taiwan were male senior freshmen, around age 19, who were forward players and interested in participating division 1 in University Football League. This type of players took training about 1 year with coach and practicing 5 days a week, 2-3 hours a day. The best performances were 4th -8th place in University Football League. Secondly, there was difference in higher education football players on football coach paternalistic leadership. Thirdly, there was difference in higher education football players on team cohesiveness and we found they had well performance on team cohesiveness. Finally, there was significant correlation between football coach paternalistic leadership and team cohesiveness.
