運動品德教育之探討

Investigation of sports and moral education

摘要


本文以運動品德教育之探討為題,研究目的在探討運動品德之內涵、正負向運動品德及改善負向品德之策略。採用文件分析法,探討運動競賽中正向品德行為與負向品德行為。研究結果如下:一、運動品德包括運動品格、運動精神和運動道德,其中運動品德核心內涵為:尊重、服從、公正、守法、誠實、責任、勇敢、團結、拼搏、合作等。二、正向的運動品德包括團隊中的合作精神、超越自我的勇氣、公平公正的信念等等。三、暴力、賄賂、賭博、藥物濫用和犯法行為皆是負向品德行為,違背了運動品德內涵。四、改善負向品德行為的教育策略可以透過:創造良好的氛圍環境、樹立榜樣和落實完善相應制度。

The purpose of this paper is to explore the connotation of sports moral character,positive and negative sports moral character,and the strategies to improve the negative sports moral character.This paper discusses positive moral behavior and negative moral behavior in sports competition by using file analysis method.The research results are as follows:1.Sports moral character includes sports character,sports spirit and sports morality,among which the core connotation of sports moral character is respect,obedience, justice,law-abiding, honesty,responsibility, courage, unity, hard work,cooperation and so on.2.Positive sporting qualities include the spirit of cooperation in the team,the courage to transcend oneself,the belief in fairness and justice, etc. 3.Violence,bribery,gambling,drug abuse and crime are all negative moral behavior. 4.The educational strategies to improve negative moral behavior can be adopted:6E teaching methods,such as model learning,enlightening thinking,exhortation and encouragement,environment shaping,experiential reflection and positive expectation.
