臺灣大學體育課程重新建立之研究

The Research on Reconstruction of Physical Education Curriculums of National Taiwan University

摘要


本研究採用問卷調查法利用自編的「臺灣大學體育課程實施現況問卷調查」為研究工具,並以分層隨機取樣方式,抽取臺灣大學1010名修習體育課的學生為研究對象,探討臺灣大學學生對現行體育課程的滿意度,並重新建立新體育課程。研究目的:一、探討臺灣大學不同年級、性別、選必修學生對現行體育課程總體規劃及各學群的滿意度;二、探討臺灣大學學生對體育課程項目選課的需求程度;三、重新建立符合各年級需求的體育課程架構模式。所蒐集之資料經單因子變異數分析、t考驗,及參照學生的選課需求後,獲得下列結果: 一、臺灣大學學生對現行體育課程的總體規劃及各項學群均感到相當滿意,對體育一「健康體適能」項目亦有正面的評價。因此,新建立之體育課程以原課程為架構,並在課程系統化及多元化目標下,將原課程稍作修訂。 二、臺灣大學學生對體育課程項目選課的需求程度,體育一前五名依序為:籃球、有氧運動、體適能、游泳、羽球;體育二前五名依序為:籃球、排球、羽球、桌球、游泳;體育三、四前五名依序為:游泳、羽球、桌球、網球、有氧運動;體育五~八前五名依序為:潛水、舞蹈、氣功、有氧運動、瑜珈。 三、新建立之體育課程架構為: (一)體育一(一上)必修「健康體適能及團隊球類運動」學群。 (二)體育二(一下)必修「團隊性或自衛運動」學群。 (三)體育三、四(二上、二下)必修「個人性或進階運動」學群。 (四)體育五~八(三上以上)選修「進階或休閒性運動」學群。 臺灣大學應建立新的體育課程模式來滿足學生的需求,並定期了解學生的需要,修正新體育課程來因應學生多元的需求。

The research here adopts ”Questionnaires on the Present Situation of NTU Physical Education Curriculums” as research tool, and, through stratified random sampling, selects 1010 NTU students who attend PE classes. The purposes: 1. Research on the satisfaction of National Taiwan University (NTU) students of different grades, genders, and obligatory or elective curriculums, at the present common physical education (PE) curriculums scheme. 2. Research on NTU students' consideration of degrees when taking PE curriculums. 3. Reconstruct PE curriculums framework satisfying every grade. The research studies satisfaction of NTU students at present PE curriculums and reconstructs new PE curriculums. The collected data were analyzed with ANOVA and t-test. After referring to the needs of students' taking PE classes, the results were as following: (1) NTU students in general are satisfied with the present scheme of PE curriculums and individual study groups, holding positive remarks to freshmen curriculums ”Physical Fitness.” Therefore, the construction of new PE curriculums. should base on the framework of original curriculums, and adjust them to the goals of curriculums systemization and diversification. (2) The ranking of NTU students’ need to PE curriculums: A. PE courses 1 (Semester 1): basketball, aerobics, physical fitness, swimming and badminton. B. PE courses 2 (Semester 2): basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis and swimming. C. PE courses 1&4 (Semester 3&4): swimming, badminton, table tennis, tennis and aerobics. D. PE courses 5&8 (Semester 5&8): scuba diving, dancing, Qigong, aerobics and yoga. (3) The new construction of PE curriculums framework is as following: A. Freshmen are required to take ”Physical Fitness and Team Ball Game Sports” study group (PE courses 1) in the 1(superscript st) semester. B. Freshmen are required to take ”Team Sports or Self-defending Sports” study group (PE courses 2) in the 2(superscript nd) semester. C. Sophomores are required to take ”Individual or Advanced Sports” study group (PE courses 3, 4) in the 1(superscript st) and 2(superscript nd) semester. D. Juniors and seniors are liberal to take ”Advanced or Pastime Sports” study group (PE courses 5~8). NTU should remodel PE curriculums to satisfy students' need, and regularly adjust to students' diversified needs.
