以問題導向學習融入教學活化知識吸收能力

Integrating problem based learning into teaching to activate colleges students' knowledge absorbing ability

摘要


隨著競爭全球化,各國教育紛紛將問題解決能力加入教育現場,經由共同學習與分組討論導入教學激盪出學生的學習興趣與對實務問題瞭解的深度與廣度,有助於提升學習者的問題解決能力、思考能力,促進知識吸收以厚實專業基礎。本研究以問題導向學習融入教學方式,知識吸收理論為基礎;透過問卷調查與焦點團體訪談以深入瞭解學生對學習動機、知識吸收能力、以及滿意度之間的關係,以兼顧量化與質性分析的效度與深度。研究結果發現學生學習動機愈高,對吸收能力呈正面影響;同儕的讚賞增加「外在目標」的學習動機;教材的實用性,讓學生感受到「課業價值」的學習動機;並證實PBL融入教學能引發刺激作用,使學習過程更有效能與意義。

With the globalization of competition, education in various countries has added problem-solving skills to the education scene. Through joint learning and group discussion adoption of teaching stimulates students' interest in learning and a deep and broad understanding of practical problems, which helps improve learners' problem-solving and knowledge absorption capacity. This research is based on the integration of PBL into teaching methods; through a questionnaire survey and focus group interviews, we can deeply understand the relationship among students' learning motivation, knowledge absorption capacity, and learning satisfaction, and take into account both the validity of quantitative and depth of qualitative analysis.
