一台在徑向以自潤軸承,在軸向以摩擦片支撐之光碟機主軸理論模式,在本文中以量測其運轉模態來建立。由於陀螺儀效應,及摩擦力之非線性,及很小之尺寸,使得傳統模態測試非常困難。在本文中,利用特殊之量測步驟量取主軸在不同運轉條件下之模態,而後利用此量測模態資料來求取光碟機之理論模式,成功地找到正確之理論模式。
The dynamic model of a spindle motor with porous bearings in the radial direction and a frictional plate in the axial direction was found by measuring the operation mode. Due to the gyroscopic effect, the nonlinearity of the frictional force and the small dimension of the spindle, the theoretical model of the spindle is very difficult to identify by traditional modal testing. In this work, a special measurement procedure was used to measure the operation modes of the spindle under different operation conditions. The dynamic model was then found by fitting the theoretical operation modes with the measured operation modes.
