近年來,RFID科技及應用已逐漸受到全球矚目的科技產業之一。在國內,政府也積極推動RFID技術於各個產業的應用,其中也包括了醫療業。可以預估,RFID應用系統的規劃與建置將是各個醫院未來導入應用的主要目標之一。然而對於醫院來說投資RFID應用系統所費不貲,因此,對於各個率先採用RFID應用的醫院來說,其應用的成本效益也是值得投資者參考的因素。因此,評估RFID應用系統的導入除了必須考量投資報酬率之外,必須考量導入之後所帶來的各種有形及無形效益。本研究以北部某區域級醫院為對象,以個案研究法進行醫院導入RFID計劃的成本效益評估。建立一個成本效益的評估模式,評估個案醫院導入此計劃是否具有成本效益。研究結果顯示,以不同的折現率及成本分擔年限進行成本效益分析,應用不同經濟成本效益分析模式,並考慮導入之擴散模式,我們發現當折現率在7%的情況下,以10年的有效分析期間內,個案醫院導入RFID計畫可以達到符合經濟效益。
In recent year, the RFID technology has become one of the most popular technological industry in the world. In domestic, our government has positive boost the applications of RFID technology in various industries, including the healthcare industry. Therefore, it can be forecast, planning and establishing the RFID application system has become one of the main objects of computerizing hospitals in the future. It can be anticipate that implements the RFID application system can improve management efficiency, reduces the chance of negligent, improves patient safety, and then enhance the image of hospitals. Establishing RFID application system is a great investment for hospitals at present, it is also a heavy burden for hospital. This research takes an implementation case of a district hospital located in the northern area of Taiwan, by using the method of case study research to estimate the cost-benefit of the RFID system. The research method adopts different discount rates and fixed-year amortization model of equipment and consider the diffusion model to analyze the cost benefit. The findings indicate when the discount rate at 7% in 10 years is chosen. AII of above indicated that the case RFID project generate the economic benefit from the viewpoints of return on investment.
