原住民學生參加國民小學棒球聯賽之現況探討－以新竹縣爲例

摘要

爲強化我國基層棒球運動，普及棒球運動人口，教育部於78學年度（1989年）開辦國小棒球聯賽，以期達到基礎扎根的目的，棒球聯賽開辦十多年來也造就許多國內外的知名棒球好手，如：王建民、陳金鋒、曹錦輝等棒球明星，都是國小棒球聯賽培育出的選手。原住民棒球選手，在我國棒球扮演極爲重要角色，我們可從2004年雅典奧運中華棒球代表隊40%的原住民籍選手，而中華職棒現役球員原住民籍選手也佔了30%，可見原住民與台灣棒球密不可分的關係。2005年甫榮獲世界盃青少棒賽冠軍最有價值選手的臺中市西苑中學投手吳凰，正是苗栗縣泰雅族原住民，1原住民棒球選手成爲台灣之光，不勝枚舉。本研究的目的在於瞭解從1989年國民小學棒球聯賽開打以來至2006年間，新竹縣原住民學生參加棒球聯賽之現況，並將研究結果與建議，提供政府與各級教育體育行政主管單位推動原住民國民小學學生參與棒球聯賽的參考。

In order to intensify the development of the sport of the fundamental baseball, and to make it more popular among people, the ministry of education started to hold the baseball tournaments for primary schools since 1988,aimed at honing the skills of the youth who play baseball. In the past decade, we see a lot of talented and famous players showed up one by one, Wang, Chen and Tsao, players of MLB in U.S. All of them are captivated by this tournament. In our introduction, aboriginal students play an important role in the history of the development of baseball sport in Taiwan. Of all the players, there were more than 40% of aboriginal players in our national baseball team that represented Taiwan to participate 2004 Olympic summer games, and more than 30% of aboriginal players showcasing themselves in CPBL right now. Consequently, aboriginal players in Taiwan play big in baseball games. The 2005 world Pony League MVP: Wu, who study in Si-Yuan junior high school, as a great pitcher, Wu is absolutely an outstanding aboriginal player of Tayan in Miao-Li.
Aboriginal baseball players are the shining stars that glorified Taiwan: A baseball powerhouse in the world. My study about the aboriginal students in primary school who are participants of the youth league of baseball from 1988 to 2005, trying to make some conclusions and suggestions that provide some references to authorities concerned, administration of our central government or Hsinchu County, as they try hard to promote the baseball sport.
