自動化鏟花技術應用於鏟配加工流程

摘要


「鏟花」是工具機組立流程中的基礎關鍵技術,鏟花技術用於消除工具機零件加工後所留下的世代誤差與美化工件外觀,以往鏟花技術皆是透過繁複的合配過程,再依靠鏟花技師的經驗與判斷將工件修整至所要求的精度。 本文將透過Visual C++ MFC所撰寫的人機介面整合自動鏟花機構、三角雷射位移計與工具機達成自動化鏟花,在傳統的固定座鏟花流程中導入自動鏟花技術,利用三角雷射位移計量測出固定座安裝面的角度誤差與表面形貌後,以自動化鏟花機構對安裝面進行角度修整,並利用自動化鏟花機構模擬電動鏟花刀的翻轉動作,可對工作臺面進行快速佈花。

Scraping is a key technique in high-precision machine tools. The accumulated tolerance from machine tools is eliminated by scraping. In generally,scraping is used for fixing the workpiece by the judgment and experience of technician. In this paper, an automatic scraping system is developed by Visual C++ MFC. The automatic scraping system comprises a light-scattering-type triangulation laser, a computer numerical control (CNC) machine tool, and an automatic scraping mechanism. The automatic scraping system is used in traditional scraping and assembly process. First, triangulation laser is used for measuring the angle error and surface of workpiece. Then, the Automatic scraping mechanism can be used to modify the angle error and speed distributed pattern on the workpiece.
