Since the late seventieth century, the idea about so-called ”sovereignty” has became more and more important, and even been the basic foundation of modern international relations. Nevertheless, because of the influence of a lot of global issues, they brought not only some new units such as international regimes, but formed some new challenge. The result is that the traditional principle of sovereignty is facing the necessity to revise itself. In this paper, we try to take climate change as an example to realize and analyze its possible influence, especially focus on the issues about how countries response for that by putting new policy, and what's its effect for the future interaction between sovereign state and international regime. Of course, we also hope to forecast the possible development in the future.
