This was a case of 35 years-old female suffered from pain, swelling and motion limitation of right elbow after falling down to the ground. Next day, she visited our OPD. The diagnosis of linear fracture of radial head of right elbow was made by the physical examination and radiography. Then she accepted a conservative treatment of Chinese medicine and the hurt arm was hanged with a sling. Three weeks later, the sling was removed. Steam bath and manual therapy consisted of flexion and extension was done for limited motion range of the elbow. Six weeks later, pain and tender was gone and the X-rays films showed no replacement happened. It meant clinical healing. Three months later, the hurt elbow regained full motion range and normal function. There was a satisfactory outcome in this case.
