坐式橢圓機最大運動表現及運動經濟性之分析

The Analysis of Maximal Performance and Exercise Economies of Seated-Ellipitical Trainer

摘要


目的:本研究透過最大及非最大運動測驗,以判定坐式橢圓機在最大及非最大運動時的生理反應,以便瞭解坐式橢圓機的運動特徵。方法:以9名健康男性大學生為對象(年齡23.7 ± 1.25歲、身高177.6 ± 2.91公分、體重70.9 ± 9.57公斤),依平衡次序原則,進行坐式橢圓機最大攝氧量(maximal oxygen uptake, VO2max)測驗兩次及固定式腳踏車VO2max測驗一次,然後以頻率60 rpm與80 rpm,分別進行兩種器材踩踏5分鐘、休息5分鐘,測驗全程皆以cortex氣體分析系統與polar心跳監測器紀錄攝氧量(VO2)與心跳率(HR)。結果:坐式橢圓機與固定式腳踏車VO2max(37.38 ± 5.71 ml/kg/min、40.40 ± 5.40 ml/kg/min)、HRmax(179.33 ± 7.47 bpm、179.44 ± 7.99 bpm)測驗達顯著相關(r = .82;r = .89)。兩次坐式橢圓機測驗的VO2max(37.38 ± 5.71 ml/kg/min、36.55 ± 6.05 ml/kg/min與HRmax(179.3 ± 7.47 bpm、177.8 ± 7.31 bpm)皆達顯著(ICC = .86、.90)。60 rpm、80 rpm運動時的絕對與相對VO2都有坐式橢圓機大於固定式腳踏車的現象。結論:坐式橢圓機是具備信效度的VO2max測量工具,但是VO2max測量值顯著小於固定式腳踏車。而且,坐式橢圓機在非最大運動時的運動經濟性顯著小於固定式腳踏車。

Object: This study investigated the physiological responses of seated-elliptical by the maximal and non-maximal exercise tests in order to figure the exercise feature of Seated-Ellipitical Trainer. Methods: Nine healthy male college students (age 23.7 ± 1.25 years, height 177.6 ± 2.91 cm, weight 70.9 ± 9.57 kg), according to the counterbalance, processed twice maximal oxygen uptake tests (maximal oxygen uptake, VO2max) on seated-elliptical trainer, and once stationary bicycle VO2max test, then by the frequency of 60 rpm and 80 rpm, stampeded 5 minutes, rest for 5 minutes. The test was monitored by the whole system of Cortex analyzer and Polar heart rate monitor on oxygen uptake (VO2) and heart rate (HR). Results: There was a positive correlation(r = .82; r = .89; p <.05) in VO2max (37.38 ± 5.71 ml/kg/min) and HRmax (179.33 ± 7.47 bpm, 179.44 ± 7.99 bpm) between seated-elliptical and stationary bicycle. Seated-elliptical test was higher than stationary bicycle in VO2 between 60 rpm and 80 rpm exercise. Conclusion: The seated-elliptical test has good reliability and validity to measure the VO2max and the exercise economy. Besides, the VO2max and the exercise economy of seated-elliptical test was significantly less than stationary bicycle.
