排球替補防守球員應用之探討

摘要

排球運動在日新月異的發展下，隨著進攻之技、戰術不斷創新，現今發球之趨勢亦以強力發球為主流，在防守方面即顯得較為弱勢。自國際排總於規則增訂「自由球員」後，從相關研究可發現自由球員已是排球比賽中不可或缺的重要角色，除可有效的提升球隊整體接發球與防守成效外，亦具備其他對球隊有所助益之優點。然而在現今強力發球與強攻仍然屬於較大優勢下，若能在符合規則下增加一位具備自由球員技術的替補防守球員於場內，相信應可更加提升全隊接發球與防守之成效，並增加球隊獲勝的機會。本文提出應用替補防守球員需注意之要點，包含使用時機、替補對象、強化發球技術、心理素質及默契培養等，期可作為國內排球教練人員從事訓練之參考。

The rapid development of volleyball in the next, with the attack of technical and tactical innovation, the current trend also powerful serve as the main driving force in the defense area that are more vulnerable. Rules of FIVB arrangements from the total increase in ”Libero” rule, the research can be found from the libero player is indispensable volleyball important role, in addition to effectively improve the overall return of serve and the defense team effectiveness, but also helpful to have other advantages of the team. Now serving in the powerful storm is still a big advantage with under the rules, subject to increase if a substitute technology with libero player on the court, I believe the team should be more to enhance the effectiveness of serve receive and defense, and to increase teams chances of winning. In this paper, dual libero players should pay attention to the elements, including the use of time, substitute objects, serve to strengthen technical, psychological quality, raise tacit understanding etc. so could be used as volleyball coaches in training reference.
