本研究的目的在於(1)探討600碼、1哩、1.5哩、9分鐘、及12分鐘跑走等實地測驗的效度:(2)男女的各種最大實地有氧能力測驗的效度是否有差異。本研究以45位運動員,包括30位男性,15位女性為受試者分別作1哩、1.5哩、12分鐘、9分鐘跑走、及600碼的實地最大有氧能力測驗及Bruce的原地跑步機的最大有氧能力測驗。最大耗氧量(VO2max)以Bruce的最大有氧能力測驗的值決定。最大耗氧量為效標變項,其他各實地測驗值為預測變項,皮爾遜積差相關用來考驗效度。顯著水準以α=.05進行考驗。研究結果如下: 1.男運動員的各實地最大有氧能力測驗中以12分鐘走成績為最高(r=.64)。 2.女運動員的各實地最大有氧能力測驗中以9分鐘跑走成績為最高(r=.85);其次是12分鐘跑走成績(r=.71)。 3.男女運動員的各實地最大有氧能力測驗所得的效度不同,因此在測驗男最大有氧能力應選12分鐘跑走測驗,女性運動員則應選9分鐘跑走測驗。
The purposes for the study were: (1)to test all kinds of the aerobic field tests including the 1 mile, 1.5 mile, 600 yard, 9 min, and 12 min run in college athletes; (2) to measure the difference validity of the 1 mile, 1.5 mile, 600 yard, 9 min, and 12 min run between gender. A total of 45 subjects including 32 male athletes, 15 female athletes volunteer as subjects. All of the subjects performed the 1 mile, 1.5mile, 600 yard, 9 min, 12 min run and the Bruce maximal treadmill test protocol (BMTTP). VO2max was determined by the BMTTP. The Pearson Product Moment Correlated Coefficient was used to test validity between VO2max and all of the field tests, which included the 1 mile, 1.5 mile, 600 yard, 9 min, and 12 min run. α level was set at .05. The findings were as follow: 1.The 12 min run was the highest validity field test in male athletes (r=.64). 2.The validity of the 9 min and the 12 min run for female athletes were .85 and .71, respectively. 3.A significance difference in validity of field tests between gender. Therefore, the12 min run should be selected as male athletic aerobic field test, however, the 9min run should be chosen as aerobic field test for female athletes,.
