本研究主要是了解非營利組織承接多元就業開發方案動機,以及探討非營利組織投入工作整合型社會企業對政府資源依賴程度,最後期待能從相關研究之發現,提供有關社會企業運作之參考。 本研究以2011年承接多元就業開發方案的經濟型單位作為研究對象,採郵寄問卷進行資料蒐集,共寄發放579份問卷,回收144份有效問卷,回收率為24.8%。透過統計分析之後,研究發現如下: 一、組織基本資料變項中機構屬性、服務對象、年度預算、財務來源、專職人數、多元人數與非營利組織投入多元就業開發方動機有顯著的影響。 二、組織基本資料變項中組織屬性、服務對象、年度預算、財務來源、專職人數、多元人數對機構資源重要程度與來源有顯著的影響。 三、將組織基本資料、投入動機、資料重要程度與來源用迴歸分析,發現非營利組織投入多元就業開發方案動機中,「組織發展」、「財務發展」與「人力資源運用」,對「機構資源重要程度與來源」有顯著影響,而且具有中介效果。當非營利投入多元就業開發方案動機認同度越高,對於「資源的可替代性」、「驅使資源的能力」也會越高。 四、對研究建議為機構財務來源多元化以及進用與留用人員兩大部分,分別從非營利組織與政府方面提出相關建議。
This study attemp to understand the non-profit organizations to undertake multi-employment promotion program motivation, and investigate the non-profit organization to work integrated social enterprises dependence on government resources, finally expect to benefit from the research findings provide a reference for the operation of social enterprises. This study in 2011 to undertake multi-employment promotion programs of economic units as a research object, mailed questionnaires to collect data, a total of 579 questionnaires are handed out and 144 are recycled, representing a response rate of 24.8%. Following findings through a statistical analysis of data collected: 1.Variables of organizational basic information studied include institutional attribute, service object, annual budget, financial sources, the number of full-time, the number of multi-employment promotion program with the non-profit organizations to undertake multi-employment promotion program motivation have a significant impact. 2.Variables of Organizational basic information studied include institutional attribute, service object, annual budget, financial sources, the number of full-time, the number of multi-employment promotion program with importance of resources and sources have a significant impact. 3.Organizational basic information, undertake motivation, importance of resources and sources-are incorporated into regression analysis, this study finds “organizational development” , “financial development” and “human resources utilization ” with “importance of resources and sources” have a significant impact , but also has mediating effect. 4.This study proposes to diversification of financial sources and personnel into the use and retention, respectively from non-profit organizations and government put forward relevant proposals.
