目的:本研究旨在探討國小高年級學童游泳運動參與對身體意象和自我實現之影響,研究對象為參與桃園市C國小102學年度「游泳課程計畫」之學生。方法:採問卷調查法,共回收有效問卷370份,以獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析(ANOVA)及結構方程模式(SEM)作為分析工具。結果:國小高年級學童身體意象,女生在「外表取向」構面上比男生高;國小高年級學童自我實現,女生在「好奇心」構面上比男生高。結論:游泳運動參與分別對身體意象及自我實現均有正向影響,而身體意象對自我實現的影響有正向影響。故依此結論,培養正當休閒活動及規律的運動習慣,建立正確的身體意象價值觀,提出相關的建議供教育單位參考。
Purpose: This study explored the effect of participation in swimming based on body image and self-actualization among senior grade students of elementary schools. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among students who had participated in the Taoyuan County C Elementary School Swimming Program in 2013. A total of 370 valid samples were retrieved, and the data were analyzed using an independent sample t test, analysis of variance, and structural equation modeling. Results: Regarding body image, girls were more appearance-orientated than boys; regarding self-actualization, girls were more curious than boys. Conclusion: Participation in swimming had a positive effect on body image and self-actualization among senior grade students. Consequently, cultivating appropriate leisure activities and regular exercise habits and establishing correct body image values are recommended. Based on the conclusion, suggestions were proposed as reference for educational authorities.
