3'-烴基柑果苷同鋁的螯環化合物及其紫外線吸收光譜之研究

摘要


在本實驗中,作者曾用柑果苷,3'-甲基,3'-乙基,3'-丁基,3'-苄基柑果苷及其柑果素,分別在酒精溶液中及三氯化鋁酒精溶液中,測定其紫外線吸光度最高點的波長位置,結果,在酒精溶液中,上述之柑果苷,3'-烴基柑果苷,柑果素及3'-烴基柑果素的紫外線吸光度最高點在波長286至288mμ處,而在三氯化組酒精溶液中,則均移至波長306至310mμ處,此即證明其同三氯化鋁化合產生一螯環化合物也,作者曾用電流滴定法(amperometric titration法),在酒精水溶液中,用AlCl_3酒精滴定液,測定3'-烴基柑果苷,柑果素及3'-烴基柑果素,發現其同三氯化鋁分子之比例為1 : 1,此法簡捷準確,可作柑果苷衍生物定量分析之用。

In this experiment the ultraviolet absorption spectra of various hesperldins were measured in alcohol and in alcoholic AICl_3 solution. These included 3'-methyl, 3'-ethyl, 3'-butyl, 3'-benzylhesperidins and their respective hesperetin derivatives. In alcohol solution a peak of absorbance was observed to occur between the wave length 286-288mμ. . While in alcoholic AICl_3 solution the peak shifted to the wave length 306-310 mμ. This was interpreted that the chelate compounds were formed among the 3'-alkylhesperidins or 3'-alkylhesperetins with AICl_3. The author went on to apply this result to determine the said compounds by means of amperometric titration in aqueous alcohol solution, and found the mole ratio with AICI_3 to be 1: 1. It was commented that this simple but precise method was practical and feasible in quantitative analysis of the 3'-alkylhesperidins and 3'-alkylhesperetins.
