轉播融入棒球訓練與學習動機之關聯

The Relationship between Learning Motivation and Using Game Broadcasting as A Means of Training

摘要


本研究旨在了解運用轉播融入棒球訓練與高中棒球選手學習動機之關聯。研究者採用ARCS學習動機理論模型設計問卷,由Keller(1983;1990)與盧秋如(2005)所設計的學習動機量表改編而成。以參與2010大通盃的24支青棒球隊為研究對象,總計發放600份問卷予參賽選手,有效回收問卷為269份,有效回收率44.8%。經由描述性統計、獨立樣本t檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差分析與多元階層迴歸分析問卷結果如下:一、高中棒球選手之學習動機以「關聯性認知」最高,「滿足感」最低;二、經常將轉播納入訓練的選手學習動機顯著較高;三、學習動機對於高中棒球選手在投球、戰術、觀念3項技能之學習態度上具有中介效果,即轉播融入訓練可以提高學習動機,進而提高高中選手對於運用轉播於球隊訓練的肯定態度。整體而言,轉播對於高中球員的學習動機確實有所幫助,而且轉播可以透過提高學習動機,進而提高球員的學習態度,但是台灣高中棒球選手學習動機較為偏重「關聯性認知」則是令人擔心的課題。身為運動訓練教育工作者,未來應善用轉播媒體的優勢,發展出對高中球員最有利的訓練方式與方向。

The purpose of this was to investigate high school baseball players' learning motivation and to examine the relationship between learning motivation and using game broadcasting as a means of training. The researcher took the ARCS Model as the theoretical framework. A total of 269 players who had participated in 2010 Da-Tong PX Cup responded to the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-Test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation and Multiple Hierarchical Regression analysis. The following results were indicated: (1) The main learning motivation of Taiwan High School baseball players was ”Relevance”; (2)The players who already took on video as a part of training had stronger learning motivation; and (3) Learning motivation mediated the relationship between using game broadcasting as a training tool and learning attitude. New technology of game broadcasting increases the effectiveness of sports learning. Future researchers are supposed to find ways to enhance training and performance for high school baseball players.
