直進式刮齒刀插槽設計與切削模擬平台開發

摘要


刮齒是常見的齒輪精加工方法之一,因刀具可重覆研磨使用,經濟效益高的加工特性在業界被廣泛使用,且因直進式刮齒刀加工齒輪時不受機台限制,在各式刮齒中使用率最高。齒輪於機械領域佔有相當的地位,故常用於齒輪精加工的刮齒刀也因而被重視,但刮齒刀在製造與設計上的技術往往被視為商業機密,設計理論複雜,故能製造刮齒刀的國家極少。目前台灣已經有獨立製造的能力,但由於未能充份掌握其設計理論,故尚未能有效掌握刮齒刀的品質,尤其在插槽的設計上仍有極大的空間須再努力。 插槽設計往往需花大量時間於調整刮齒刀的參數以配合客戶的要求,此需相當經驗的累積,且符合客戶要求的刮齒刀參數卻不一定是唯一的最佳設計參數,故本論文的重點於探討刮齒刀插槽的參數設計對於被刮削齒輪齒面粗糙度影響。而本研究亦利用Visual Basic程式語言搭配SolidWorks API函式庫,開發刮齒刀刮削模擬平台,此模擬平台可快速模擬齒輪經刮齒刀刮齒後的最終齒面,以便觀察最終齒面與加快刮齒刀插槽的設計。

Gear shaving is widely used in the tooth surface finish, because it has long service time and high performance in cutting. It’s highly appreciated in industry. The shaving cutter of gear is very complicated in the manufacture and serration design. Therefore, few countries have the ability to manufacture the shaving cutter. Because the gears are so important in industry, thus the technology of manufacture and design be treat as a trade secret. Although, Taiwan can manufacture the shaving cutter of gear now, there are still many topics needed to be improved, especially the design of serration. Design of serration is always spent much time, especially the modification of the parameters of serration satisfying the client’s request requires a plenty of experience. In actual, we aren’t sure that are the best parameters. It reasons that the design of serration is the main objective in this study. In the thesis, Visual Basic and SolidWorks API are applied to develop cutting simulation platform. It can simulate the final tooth surface of the cutted gear properly.
