探究國中校園裡同志教育潛在課程的樣貌

本研究以潛在課程觀點探究國中校園生活形塑的同志形象、相關同志論述，試圖理解國中校園裡的同志教育樣貌。研究問題有二：一、校園內異性戀霸權、恐同文化如何顯現？二、校園內呈現的同志性論述為何？其如何形塑校園同志教育樣貌？不同成員又如何互動其中？研究者以參與觀察法與深度訪談法搜集資料，研究參與者為五位教師，一位學生，共有六位。研究田野是位於台灣南部的一所國中。研究結論三點如下：一、校園依舊為異性戀霸權，但恐同文化已轉化、削弱。二、校園裡同志教育、同志論述為多元勢力競逐的場域。三、學生主體性不容忽視，悠遊與異性戀霸權互動。本研究希望藉由校園生活中的同志論述，發現日常生活互動意義與權力的關係，以期更理解國中同志教育的樣貌，最後從潛在課程、正式課程、教育政策三面向提出校園實施同志教育的建議。

From the perspective of hidden curriculum, this research not only explores LGBT imageries and related LGBT discourses shaped on junior high school campus, but also tries to understand current LGBT education. Two questions are emerged: 1. How does heterosexual hegemony and homophobic culture manifest on campus? 2. What are the LGBT sexual discourses circulating on campus? How do these discourses shape the LGBT education on campus? How do different members interact with each other? In this study, researchers use participant observation method and in-depth interviews to collect information. The process involves six participants including five instructors and one student. The field research is conducted at a local junior high school in southern Taiwan. The three findings can be concluded as follows: 1. Campus culture is still dominated by heterosexual hegemony but the level of homophobic culture has transformed and reduced. 2. LGBT education and discourses has become a contested field for diverse powers in competition. 3. Student's autonomy should not be omitted, enabling a sense of ease when interacting with heterosexual hegemony. By exploring LGBT discourses present on campus, this research aims to discover the meaning embedded in daily interactions and power relation, in order to further understand the LGBT education in junior high schools and propose recommendations from for the implementation of LGBT education on campus.
