蘋果汁中PATULIN分析方法之探討(一)-薄層層析法與氣相層析法的比較

摘要


本實驗探討以薄層層析法(TLC)及氣相層析質譜法(GC/MS)分析蘋果汁中patulin含量之優劣。結果顯示薄層層析法之偵測極限(100μg/l)高於patulin的安全限量(50μg/l),不適用於定量patulin。將patulin衍生爲patulin acetate再配合GC分析及比對檢量線,可準確定量,回收率90%,偵測極限10μg/l。實驗亦發現若直接於樣本中進行醯化衍生反應(acylation derivation)可提高回收率。

Analytical methodology for patulin contents in apple juice was studied by the comparison of thin layer chromatography (TLC) and gas chromatography with moss spectrometry (GC/MS). Results indicated that the determination limit of TLC (100μg/l) was Shove the safe contamination level (50μg/l) of patulin. A method for the analysts of patulin in apple juice was developed using GC of patulin acetate. Patulin acetate can be measured down to a level of 10μg/l with 90% recovery. Results also indicated that conversion of patulin to patulin acetate in aqueous samples before extraction can increase the extinction and recovery efficiency.
