Case Report: Articular and Periarticular Calcinosis in a Chinese Stripe-Necked Turtle (Ocadia sinensis)
病例報告：斑龜關節及關節周圍鈣化
摘要
此斑龜病例初次就診時呈現四肢腫脹，進一步在放射線影像學檢查下可見呈不透明之高密度鈣化影像於四肢關節腔之內，且經病理檢查結果確認為鈣的成分；經數次的治療後並無明顯改善。死後於組織病理可見雙側性腎臟、角膜、睪丸、鼠蹊部真皮以及胃黏膜等組織均有鈣化。

A Chinese stripe-necked turtle was presented with four-limb articular swelling, in which the radlopaque densities were observed at these articular spaces. Histopathology examination revealed calcification in the articular spaces. There was no obvious improvement after the treatments. Necropsy revealed bilateral renal calcification and calcium deposition in the cornea, testis, inguinal dermis, and gastric mucosa.
