香楠種子儲藏性質屬於異儲型

Recalcitrant Seed Storage Behavior in Machilus zuihoensis Hay.

摘要


Seed of Machilus zuihoensis Hay. collected form three locations (Ta-Hu, Sun-Moon-Lake and Ta-Wu) were tested for germination following storage for one year at several moisture contents and storage temperatures. In general, seeds with higher moisture contents have higher viability than the seeds with lower ones, and seeds stored in higher temperature have higher viability than the seeds in lower ones (15t>4℃>-20℃). These results, therefore indicate a recalcitrant seed behavior of Machitus zuihonesis.
