The purpose of this study was to understand relationship among employees perception of profit sharing, organizational identification and job involvement. Data were obtained from employees, 239 valid surveys were returned and the hierarchical regression was used in testing the research hypotheses. Results of this study indicated that profit sharing and organizational identification demonstrated a significant and positive relationship. Profit sharing was significantly positive related to job involvement. Organizational identification mediated the positive relationship between profit sharing and job involvement. According to the results of this study, theoretical and managerial implications and the future research directions were also discussed.
