中高齡者運動休閒涉入與生活滿意度之相關研究

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解不同人口背景變項之中高齡者在運動休閒涉入與生活滿意度兩方面之差異情形，並分析中高齡者運動休閒涉入與其生活滿意度之相關程度。本研究以利用桃園市各社區活動中心、廟宇、公園及各公私立學校等開放空間，從事運動性休閒之中高齡者為研究範圍與對象，以便利取樣的方式抽取472位有效樣本（平均年齡為62.12歲；標準差為7.26歲），資料分別以獨立樣本t檢定（t-test）、單因 子變異數分析（one-way ANOVA）以及皮爾森積差相關（Pearson product-moment correlation）等方法進行分析處理。根據本研究之結果，得到以下三點結論：一、不同教育程度的桃園市中高齡者在運動休閒涉入上有顯著的差異性，年齡、性別、婚姻狀況等三項人口背景變項則未達顯著差異；二、不同婚姻狀況的桃園市中高齡者在生活滿意度上有顯著的差異性，年齡、性別、教育程度等三項人口背景變項則未達顯著差異；三、桃園市中高齡者運動休閒涉入與生活滿意度之間有顯著的正相關存在。最後，研究者提出兩項具體建議，供後續研究之參考。

The purposes of this research were to reveal the elders' differences in population statistics using recreational sport involvement and life satisfaction for Tao-Yuan city. In addition, it tried to treat the correlation between recreational sport involvement and life satisfaction. The respondents of this research were 472 recreational sport participants (Mean age=62.12; SD=7.26) who used some open places like community centers, temples, parks and school. All the collected data were processed with t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation. There are three main results. 1st, there are significant difference in levels of education but no significant differences were shown in gender, age and marital status in recreational sport involvement of Tao-Yuan city elders. 2nd, there are significant differences in marital status but no significant differences in gender, age and levels of education in life satisfaction. 3rd, there is a significant and positive relationship between recreational sport involvement and life satisfaction. Finally, the researcher made suggestion for future research.
