運用層級分析法探討影響建築施工品質的關鍵因子

Key Factors Affecting the Quality of Building Construction Using Analysis Hierarchy Process

摘要


背景:建築工程的施工品質常充滿了不確定性,因此找出影響建築施工品質的關鍵因子及如何做好管理是當務之急。目的:應用層級分析法(AHP:Analysis Hierarchy Process) 評估影響建築施工品質關鍵因子之權重後,提供營建業者施工管理之參考。方法:由文獻探討,擬定影響建築施工品質因子,並利用修正式德爾菲法(Modified Delphi Method),獲得主要影響因子,最後運用層級分析法找出關鍵因子。結果:影響建築施工品質構面權重依序為:施工文件、施工技術、施工管理及材料控管;影響因子的整體權重前三名依序分別為:規劃設計圖說、營造廠契約書及施工步驟。結論/實務應用:本研究建立了影響建築施工品質的4 個構面及16 個因子,並由層級分析法得到各影響因子之權重,可提供給營建業者施工管理的參考。

Background: The quality of a construction project is highly vulnerable to uncertainty. This vulnerability can be mitigated by effective management and the identification of key factors affecting the quality of construction. Purposes: The researchers employed analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to assess the weighting of key factors affecting the quality of construction. Our results serve as useful reference for construction agencies. Methods: The researchers first combed through the available literature to identify factors which may affect the quality of construction; then we employed a modified Delphi Method to obtain the major factors. Lastly we employed AHP to discover key factors. Results: "Quality of construction" is influenced by the following dimensions (in descending order of importance): construction documents, construction technology, construction management, and material control. The top three most influential factors that affect the construction project as a whole are design drawings, contract for construction, and construction procedures. Conclusions/Implications for Practice: This study identified four dimensions and 16 factors which affect the quality of construction. The researchers then obtained the weight of each factor using AHP, in order to improve construction procedure and management.
